- Dallas, Texas
- Houston, Texas
- Atlanta, Georgia
- Denver, Colorado
- Fort Worth, Texas
- San Antonio, Texas
- Charlotte, North Carolina
- St. Louis, Missouri
- Milwaukee, Wisconsin
- Chicago, Illinois; Kansas City, Kansas (two cities tied for tenth place)
